The Series 600 Training System, Model EB-606, provides a course of study, experimentation and troubleshooting that enables the student to understand engine conditions that produce undesirable pollution; for example, hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, and oxides of nitrogen.

The systems that control these emissions are accurately simulated to facilitate efficient troubleshooting practice. This is the only practical way of accomplishing this difficult training task.

To successfully complete the Emission Control Course the student should understand basic electrical concepts and measurement techniques covered in the Degem Auto Technology Electrical Concepts course or equivalent.

The student should also understand sensor and control operation covered in the Degem Auto Technology Sensors and Controls Course.
