PROCESS CONTROL LABORATORY

The Process Control Station is used to instruct future technicians and engineers in the control of a wide range of industrial processes, using flexible industrial controls and processes. 

This station enables control of air pressure, fluid level, flow and temperature while executing an actual coating treatment on aluminum parts.  

PS-2100, Advanced Process Control Laboratory, includes a Process Control Station Master Board (PS-2001), a set of 4 separate workstations (PS 2160 thru 2190), the PC-SIM-SW, Process Control Simulator and comprehensive theory and practice manuals for both instructor and student. 

Accessories/Options Include:

• Ambient Temperature Oven

• Computer Interface PU-402

• Class Management Labware (CML)

 

PLC - PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER LABORATORY

The Programmable Logic Control Station is used to introduce and instruct students in the use of this integral part of automation. This Laboratory can be used in stand-alone mode or joined with either of our Hydronics or Pneutronics Laboratories.

PLC-BA, Programmable Logic Control Basic Operations and Applications, is an all-in-one unit including comprehensive theory and practice manuals for both instructors and students.
